-Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skills
-Following up and resolving customer complaints and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the proposed resolutions
-Channelling and escalating any unresolved issues/complaints to higher management
-Updating and maintaining good recording and tracking system to ensure all enquiries and complaints are closed within the stipulated time
-Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
-Required language(s): English, Mandarin
-Must possess good written/ language skills.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (i.e. Customer Service) is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work in Damansara Uptown.
- Able to think and act independently with minimal supervision, prioritize and multitask, escalate urgent issues with recommended resolutions when necessary and adapt to changes.
