Responsibilities:

  • OBJECTIVE - acquire customers through variety of (paid) channels / platforms / campaigns including, but not limited to: Social media, SEM, Display, Video (YouTube), UAC and other channels you have mastered that can drive results effectively and efficiently (ideally your capabilities are not limited to Google and Facebook).
    Focus on regional campaigns (with little supervision over local / market specific campaigns).

  • TEAM - you will have 4 campaign managers reporting to you directly (one for each market / country). They will be responsible for all local specific campaigns, but you need to strategically advise, supervise and distribute budgets for them.
    All creatives / content will come from the in house dedicated creative team, which is at your disposal.
    You will report directly to the Group VP of Marketing.

  • YOU WILL BE HANDS ON:

    • Campaign Set up - accounts, structure, strategy, tactics, calendars
    • Tracking and reporting - building / optimising conversion funnels, integrated tracking tools, pull manual and automated reports
    • Automated flows / campaigns set up and optimization
    • Leading the team (build and share activity plans, update on performance / progress, share insights, delegate tasks and follow through with such)
    • Brief the management team on monthly performance and share plans for execution and optimization

What we would like to see in you:

  • Expert in Performance marketing campaigns (Awareness > Acquisition) with 6 to 8 years of experience (or less, if you have worked with intense volume of projects / campaigns - e.g. performance marketing agency).
  • Your expertise covers both desktop and mobile environment.
  • You have mastered all popular ad channels / platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, YouTube) and multiple alternative / additional solutions (e.g. Affiliate, Ad Networks / Programmatic desks, Mobile networks).
  • You are extremely data driven professional using facts and resourceful thinking to achieve the business goals.
  • Experience in service-related businesses (e.g. food delivery / service marketplace is an advantage).
  • You perform at your best when in start up environment. You are free (in fact, encouraged) to experiment / test and apply different approaches constantly without being micro-managed, but with full ownership of and accountability for your performance.
