Strategic Account Manager (based in MY)

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for the rapid sales and profit growth of the assigned strategic business unit and its accompanying product category.

-Drive and enable new business opportunities and categories, particularly in relation to new vendor acquisition for Kaodim services, with a focus on ensuring the new vendors onboarding
-Consistently achieve and exceed targets for the assigned vendor category & category expansion. Regularly monitor sales forecasts and formulate associated strategies or plans to develop business and generate revenue
-Work closely with internal divisions (Operations, Data & Marketing) to establish the necessary digital sales enablement protocols, processes and tools required.
-Manage the database for lead generation for both existing categories and category expansion and to the end process of onboarding the vendors

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

At least 1-2 years’ sales and/or marketing experience
Sales-oriented with a proven sales track record
Digitally savvy; sales/marketing experience in digital media mandatory
Experience leading key client account servicing
A recognized Bachelor's degree; preferably in Communications, Business Management or Marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and results-oriented
