Associate leadership responsibilities in development and coordination of significantly innovative and novel product features, new business lines and revenue streams
Analyzing data, trends and responses from Kaodim users to work towards improving a differentiated product experience
Ideate and support growth and operational initiatives including onboarding users, running marketing and communications initiatives
Associate leadership responsibilities in supporting the product team and other operational managers by conducting market research, gathering quantitative product data, and analyzing customer behaviors to grow and improve the product
Collaborate with other key personnel in the company to identify issues and develop product enhancements for continuous improvements
Solve problems with research and creativity and aim to get results through efficient means
Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science, preferably Marketing or Business Studies.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in operations, product or project management.
Able to think critically, work independently but in a collaborative manner with the entire company with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize, multitask and escalate urgent issues with recommended resolutions when necessary
Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and conditions
Strong written and verbal skills in English
Ability to analyze a highly segmented complex market so as to develop a powerful value proposition
High level of energy and passion to achieve project goals and deliveries
