HR Analytics Intern

Data drives all of our decision-making, and our HR/Talent organization is no exception.

We are looking for a HR Analyst Intern to help us make sure Kaodim continues to be a great place to work, using analytical approaches. You’ll be detail-oriented and conscientious, analytical and curious. You are a strong problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done. And on top of that, you are someone who wonders “What If” and then seeks out the solution.

A bit on what to expect as our HR Analyst Intern:

  • Collecting and combining information from various sources to create analytical plans that address HR needs and execute them.
  • Analyzing large data sets to distill insights from data, and conveying findings to executive audiences.
  • Building relationships and collaborating with team and leaders to solve organizational problems.
  • Creating effective, scalable and easy to understand reporting solutions (e.g. tables, charts, graphs, or dashboards).

What you’ve got:

  • Familiar using quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs, interventions and efforts for the team.
  • Experience with SQL or another data query language.
  • Familiar using data visualization (e.g. tables, charts, graphs) to represent analyses and for presentation of findings.
  • Strong background in analytics, preferably someone with a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or relevant discipline.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills.
  • Self starter, with the ability to self-direct work and take complete ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills.
