Job Description

This is a performance-based marketing role, and you are responsible for improving priority brands’ consumer engagement online and within the platform infrastructure, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strategic plans to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of mobile-related and digital-related marketing activities and budget;

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

Managing, reporting on, optimizing, responsible for digital platform governance, and to perform daily activities of the digital marketing assets and campaigns, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, and other media mix and Ads operation.

Responsible for conversion rate optimization, to drive MoM sustainable conversion leads growth while ensuring a healthy CPL. Responsible for key performance KPIs including conversion rate, CPL, traffic, CTR, sessions, bounce rate, and other relevant KPIs. Responsible for constant search terms refining initiative to drive and improve quality daily traffic and develop strategic keywords for targeting expansion.

Managing and responsible for mobile platform marketing automation, including Customer Lifecycle optimization improving lead pull, funnel engagement, social media automation, user/vendor personalization & segmentation, omnichannel synergy.

Analyze funnel performance through Firebase and Google Analytics to identify opportunities and threats.
Maintaining a digital marketing budget efficiently.

Monitoring SEO performance and making recommendations along with the SEO team.

Constantly keep abreast with the latest digital products/ channels/ platforms / digital media to attempt new learnings and ideas.

Be proactive to create continuous process flow improvement, identify new market trends and threats, competitors study, and develop new strategic opportunities to the management team.

You must:

Be strong in attention to detail and proactive on daily performance campaign management and optimization.

Love data and analytic to anchor your suggestion and improvement at the basis of data or customer insights

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or equivalent (Communications, Business, Information Technology, Engineering). Other fields of study will be considered.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital agency.
Experience in crafting strategic ad copies.
Have keen attention to detail, and be well organized.
Possess strong analytical thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Team player and willing to try.
Quick learner and ability to highlight risks and issues.
Awareness of digital trends.
