• Managing and reporting on marketing campaigns online and offline. Inclusive of regional digital campaigns and Philippines offline campaigns inclusive and not limited to Google Ads (Search & Display), Facebook Ads, Guerrilla marketing, partnership and business development
• Yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing planning of roadmaps for regional countries specifically Philippines
• Managing and ensuring online and offline marketing budget efficiently
• Devising offline marketing strategies for Philippine and online strategies for regional countries, working with country managers and regional marketing teams
• Able to collaborate within internal and external stakeholders
• Develop strategies and build partnership networking with local businesses (Philippines)
• Plan, execute and maintain partnership offline marketing campaigns and deliver set target (Philippines) inclusive but not limited to ideation, preparation, strategising, monitoring and being held responsible for all aspects of the process
• Conversion driven and business growth mindset

What we would like to see in you:

• at least 4 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• University degree in business, marketing, communications, events
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in the field of marketing and advertising
Good in building networking with internal or external parties
• Good interpersonal skills
• Vibrant and energetic personality
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Enthusiastic, sharp, thinks fast on their feet
• Excellent salesmanship abilities and persuasive skills
• Good negotiation and business writing skills
• Loves to hustle, move fast and deliver high impact results
• Super productive and efficient
• Extremely creative
• Good understanding of the startup environment and various marketing campaigns and ideas that have high ROI
• Diligent, responsible, hardworking and able to deliver results under aggressive deadlines
• Deep understanding of local market in the Philippines
