Talent Acquisition | HR Internship
A bit on what to expect as our Talent Acquisition/HR Intern:
- Providing strategic and operational support to the Talent team.
- Getting involved in End to end Talent acquisition.
- Owning recruitment projects where you’ll identify where to source a role, build an international recruiting pipeline, handle interviews, and onboard new employees into the team.
- Establishing professional and lasting relationships with candidates .
- Taking care of maintaining and improving a good company’s culture by organizing team events and other initiatives.
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required.
What you’ve got:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- You have a keen interest in the startup world, and also in developing people and improving company culture.
- You are confident with your relationship building and communication skills.
- You have an innovative state of mind.
