Talent Acquisition | HR Internship

A bit on what to expect as our Talent Acquisition/HR Intern:

  • Providing strategic and operational support to the Talent team.
  • Getting involved in End to end Talent acquisition.
  • Owning recruitment projects where you’ll identify where to source a role, build an international recruiting pipeline, handle interviews, and onboard new employees into the team.
  • Establishing professional and lasting relationships with candidates .
  • Taking care of maintaining and improving a good company’s culture by organizing team events and other initiatives.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required. 

What you’ve got:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • You have a keen interest in the startup world, and also in developing people and improving company culture.
  • You are confident with your relationship building and communication skills.
  • You have an innovative state of mind.
